Emily was incredibly helpful fixing an older pair of my glasses after the nose bridge support fell off. She also adjusted the frames since they had become slightly uneven, and now they fit great again. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Parkside Eyecare has a beautiful office and a great selection of frames. I'd definitely recommend them!
This is an amazing practice which strives to focus on good patient care. Me and my family are patients here and we all have had a great experience. I recently saw Dr. Reynon for my eye exam and got fitted for contact lenses. He was very comprehensive in his exam with attention to detail. His staff, especially, Maria and Kennedy, went above and beyond to help me with my contact lenses at 2 separate appointments. I highly recommend this practice.
I have had consistently positive experiences here. The doctors and staff are all very friendly and caring, and they manage to be efficient without ever making the appointments feel rushed. They are thorough and take the time to answer questions. Dr. Monica Ma is my regular eye doctor and she is excellent, but I have seen several other doctors as well, and they have all been great.
Everyone was so friendly, helpful and informative! They were upfront about the cost without insurance, so no hidden surprises. I like that you could browse frames without feeling pressured. I bought a pair of glasses which were ready in a few days. Would highly recommend!
Loved same day appointments and the ease of scheduling online. Our son got his first pair of glasses and the optician was amazing! Kind and very helpful. Just an overall great experience!
