I was able to get an appointment while I was visiting from another state. The best service ever, and the best experience I’ve ever had while getting an eye exam. the staff up front, Dylan and Nataly, were so kind and pleasant, Dr. Turin has such a welcoming and comforting vibe, Chrissy was so helpful and informative, and helped me select two pairs of glasses that i feel confident in.

Went in looking to replace my old flexon pair of glasses and was introduced to much more flexible frames by Ovvo. The staff provided Awesome customer service to both my wife and I. Great transitions options were offered. They arranged a meet up with the Ovvo sales rep for us and staff took time out to explain and answer any questions we had. We ended up purchasing 4 pairs, and will return for more pairs in the future. Highly recommend them for your visions needs. Doctor and staff are Highly recommended by us. I have been to Cascade Vision several times, and every single visit has been a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. During each eye appointment, they take the time to explain everything they’re doing and why, which always makes me feel comfortable and well informed. They also have state-of-the-art equipment, so I know my eyes are receiving the best care possible. And to top it all off, they have the cutest, trendiest selection of glasses! I can’t recommend Cascade Vision enough. 😊

Well my days are brighter and soon to be clearer. With all the changes that have occurred since the beginning of Covid has made it tough. I have been trying for 3 months to get back to an eye exam. I contacted this group and explained my problem. Cathy found my insurance in the systems and set me a same day appointment. I had a problem making it due my disabled son, she understood and got me in the next day. I do not particularly like corporate settings and was relieved that Dr. Bongs office has that down home feel. Everyone had excellent bed side manners and were welcoming. I have anxiety and already have issues going places. This office is clean and organized and they treat you like family. I forget the other gals name, but she was so helpful in helping me get back to the style of glasses I like and feel comfortable with. Can’t wait for them to arrive. I have struggles with sight having headaches and dizziness. Well when your prescription changes, it’s very important to keep your yearly visits. If you are looking for that speacial feel eye Dr, call and see about connecting. You will be glad you did.
