As always, my expectations were exceeded. They are all very polite and the office has a very comfortable feeling about it. It's great they're there on Saturdays so I can get my lens reinstalled when my dog knocks it out. (nobody gets 5 stars, everyone can improve)
Dr Brophy is an absolutely excellent optometrist. My husband and I have gone to him for years and always been treated professionally, thoroughly, and with exceptional kindness. Side note: My kids are grown and on their own but when they were little we took them to Dr Brophy based on our pediatrician’s recommendation. Then my husband and I switched to Dr Brophy. And, we continue to seek his care for ourselves. Highly recommend!!
Belinda in the optical department is the best! Every time we need glasses, she gives helpful advice, makes sure all our insurance coverage is taken care of and went above and beyond giving my husband some great advice for sunglasses. We are always impressed.
I showed up 15 minutes early to pick out my eye glasses and sunglasses. My appointment was at 3:00 and I wasn’t called back until 3:25. I was going to walk out at 3:30. I was already short on time and it affected the rest of my evening. Staff was great but I am someone who makes sure I’m on time and I expect the same.
I love Dr. Tsay! She was thorough and worked with me to find the source of my vision problem. The office staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is fresh and inviting.
