Casey Optical delivered a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, the optometrist was thorough, and they had a great selection of frames. I'm extremely happy with my new glasses and highly recommend Casey Optical for anyone's eye care needs.
I spent five years bouncing around to vision clinics as my prescription changed and I needed new glasses. Every place i tried wanted me to accept new glasses that were far worse than the ones i had, telling me the lenses I had were not available....refusing to accept that I kept learning and looking while keeping my old, scratched up, finish pealing off old glasses. Found Casey Optical and the glasses I now have are AMAZING AND EVERYTHING I THOUGHT WAS POSSIBLE! This team is nothing short of demi-god status in my book! They listened, gave me a fresh exam, looked at my old lenses, researched, found them and it is awesome. Valerie, Dr. Smith, Emily....all top notch professionals
Casey is a small, welcoming office with a great selection of frames if you're looking for those, and the best contact lens doc EVER in Carolyn Smith, O.D. (and I should know having worn contacts for almost 50 years!) She's been keeping my eyes in shape for over 10 years. Refreshingly, Casey is not a chain but a small woman-owned biz where they really care about their patients. I recently needed a replacement lens very unexpectedly and was shocked at how quickly and kindly owner Valerie jumped in to help. I had the new lens in a day. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Valerie and her team are amazing. They are extremely skilled and give amazing service. I have my 4th pair of OVVO glasses and Valerie has always suggested styles that got many compliments from my friends and customers. I work in mens clothing and the glasses always function well for me to see details for my job, but also lend style to my presence. I have learned much about caring for my glasses...just cleaning because they are very resilient. Definitely recommend Casey Optical because the entire experience of getting my eyes checked is so thorough and the process of getting the glasses is even better. Definitely a life long customer.
The customer service at Casey optical is unmatched! I went in for an eye exam and to pick out a new pair of glasses. The eye exam was extremely thorough and afterwards Valerie helped me pick out some glasses. They have such unique and cute frames, I ended up purchasing two pairs! I got my new frames and lenses within a week and they were perfection! Thank you so much to Valerie and the Casey optical team. I am beyond grateful!
