Dr. Rebhun performed an upper bleph on me in February 2025-in office- and the results were very good. My field of vision improved and healing went smoothly. We moved out of state that year, but after taking a fall where I sustained a laceration near the corner of my left eye which was not properly sutured in the ER, I returned to Dr. Rubhen for a consult during a month long stay in Colorado. Donna in scheduling understood my time constraints and was very helpful. Dr. Rubhen was able to inject the healed laceration which successfully dissolved scar tissue resulting in much improved appearance. His assistant DJ is very professional and pleasant. Very pleased and satisfied with the results.

Terrible. Poor medical care and Lack of good communication. Dr. Satija did not explain what type of glaucoma I had, and it was not listed correctly on my records (I found out later after going to a different doctor). I also received a prescription for new glasses during the year that I was with the practice. The prescription was incorrect, and I complained multiple times to Dr. Satija, and to the Optomitrist. They continued to say it was correct, I had my lenses redone there, and my vision was still blurry. I tried to contact the office manager and left several messages over several weeks, he never called me back. I went to my old optometrist and he rechecked my prescription and confirmed that their prescription was incorrect. I finally spoke with Linda in the Opticts department and she promised to redo the lenses in my sunglasses. I explained that I was going to have to have surgery on my eyes in January, and it would be February 2026 before I could get the lenses redone at the new prescription. She assured me that would be fine and they would honor the remaking of the lenses. When I called in February with my new prescription - she refused to keep her promise. Her reason was that she had called me in January and I had said I did not need anymore appointments (this is correct, but I did not mean the replacement of my lenses due to their error) I only let them know that I was going to a different Opthomologist - due to the fact that I found out I had narrow angle glaucoma and needed surgery right away (they did not list my glaucoma as narrow angle) the new Opthmologist was shocked. Basically they charged me a bunch of money for bad and incorrect medical care. Do no go here. very dissatisfied

I came to Colorado eye consultants in 2023 for a second opinion on eye pain I was having only at the end of the day and told them it was an intense burning. They prescribed drops and put in a tear duct plug. I also told them I have narrow angles and had a iridtotomy to prevent glaucoma. I continued to tell Dr Satija my pain wasn’t improving but she kept ensuring me it’s just dry eye. Fast forward to January this year where they discovered I have peripheral vision loss and moderate damage to my optic nerve. I have now had to have an urgent surgery because my pressure was dangerously high and had complications from the surgery. I recommend you find a different practice to go to, they don’t explain anything and they blame you when they miss your diagnosis.

I recently had the Epi-On Cross-Linking procedure performed here as a participant in the PXL-Platinum 330 System Study being done by Doctor Lance S. Forstot. The procedure went very smoothly, recovery is going as expected, and so far I am very pleased. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I have a couple points of criticism. When originally discussing the procedure, I was assured that Dr. Forstat has performed Epi-On Cross-Linking thousands of times over many years now and has had great success. This led me to believe that one, Dr. Forstat would be performing the procedure, and two, thousands of people have done this exact procedure. The truth of the matter is that Dr. Forstat only oversees the procedure. This meant that he only checked in between stages while his research technician, Andy, performed the entire procedure. I believe I saw Dr. Forstat for maybe a total of five to ten minutes at most while he checked in to make sure everything was going as it should. Andy did an excellent job and Dr. Forstat seemed to show up at the critical moments when his expertise was required, so this isn't a complaint about the procedure, only about the expectation I was given. The second part is that while the Epi-On Cross-Linking may have been performed here thousands of times with a great success rate, on the day of the procedure I was told that the study I was in to test the PXL-Platinum 330 System has only had about 300 participants in the US. So the thousands of successes that had come before me didn't really matter at that point. While I'm absolutely certain that no doctor would put their reputation on the line for equipment they didn't believe would do the best job possible, especially a doctor with such a great track record as Dr. Forstat, finding this out at the last minute didn't make me feel so great. So, just to reiterate, my critique has absolutely nothing to do with the procedure or even Dr. Forstat, who was very professional and nice during the short time I did spend with him, only the expectations that were set. I feel it's important that anyone considering Epi-On as a part of this study should be aware of the things I've mentioned here.

Drove 45 mins here many times for scleral lenses. My insurance covered it, thankfully. But the doctor gave me the totally wrong prescription. When I went to pick them up and put them in for the first time, they rushed me out the door after I put them in. They didn’t even ask about my vision. It was so blurry and I had to drive home in them. I kept calling telling them it was blurry every day and when was it going to stop. They just gaslighted me and said that was normal. I finally got another appointment about a month later because it took weeks to see the doctor again. They told me I had to drive there in my scleral lenses and have them in for at least three hours before. They were so dry and blurry and it was dangerous for me to drive. That next appointment they realize the prescription was very off. It was so bad. They got me a new prescription, but I basically had to tell the doctor what was clear by using the little keychain of fake lenses they gave me. But then when I got the new prescription, the left eye was much more powerful than the right. The doctor has no idea what they are doing when it comes to scleral lenses. They fogged up from the start and she just made excuses saying the fit was right and there was nothing wrong. They also continue to fog up even 2 years later after spending hundreds of dollars on solutions and recommended eye drops I was never able to even wear them without pain and discomfort. They never did anything to help me. I paid around $40-$60 for them to ship new lenses to me twice even after they messed up the prescription so I wouldn’t have to drive there multiple times. Waste of time.
