I’m honored to be able to let the public and potential customers know the quality of service I received at this store. The attentiveness, quality of service and care Beth provided is top tier. It seemed as if the other two employees would have been just as courteous if they were assisting. I highly recommend and will go back myself if in need of glasses etc.

I have been a very satisfied customer at this location for the past decade, having purchased multiple pairs of glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. Their team delivers top-tier customer service! They are always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. My wife now also gets her glasses from this location. I have gone in several times for after-sale adjustments and they have helped me each time in a very friendly manner. I enthusiastically recommend them! The purchase experience and after-sales customer support are superb! I'm on a first name basis with this team! I also get my annual eye exams at this location and have always been very impressed with their service.

Meagan saved my glasses that I truly thought I would never be able to fix. I stepped on them when I was at work and was devastated but they fixed them for me while being so kind and friendly. I can't express how grateful I am for my dad's old glasses to be wearable again. The process was fast, they were so professional, and made me so happy. I can't recommend this place enough.

What a nice store, people and setting. Broke my wire frames and was coming in to drop them off for repair. Megan said don’t bother leaving, I’ll be back in 5 minutes. Now I’m back in my car with my beautifully repaired glasses. Looking forward to the next time I need something so I can give them some money
