I had such a wonderful experience here! I went in yesterday for an eye exam, picked out my glasses, and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. The entire process was seamless. Dr. McHenry was incredibly welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Robert was absolutely amazing. He took the time to help me find the perfect frames while effortlessly assisting other customers with such professionalism and efficiency. I never once felt rushed, and his customer service truly stood out. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care and service I received. It’s rare to find a team that is both so friendly and so efficient. I’ll definitely be bringing my entire family back for their glasses and contacts. Thank you all for such a fantastic experience!

This review pertains to the woman working the front desk under the new owner. I bought glasses there over a year ago when the practice was owned by Dr. Silver. Same woman at front desk back then. Anyways, one of the screws worked its way loose and when I picked up the glasses the lens fell out. No big deal I thought, I'll just bring it back and see if they have a screw that fits. I made an appointment to come in and get this repaired since they do not operate on a walk-in basis. Got there, showed her my glasses. She said she would see if she could fix the pair, which I assumed meant install a new screw in the eyeglass frame. I waited and waited for at least 20 minutes while she disappeared out back. When she emerged she said she had 'fixed' the glasses. She then showed me she had installed an oversized bolt upside down with this large nut on top. I asked why she had not simply put in a screw she said the threads were stripped. I find this very hard to believe as the eyeglasses were not stepped on or subjected to any large torques. I believe the screw had just worked its way out from the normal back and forth of folding the glasses after removing and unfolding when putting back on my face. I tried messaging the new owner but never received a reply.

Dr. McHenry is calm, patient, thorough, and professional. He listened to my concerns about contact tolerance and has gone above and beyond to help me be able to wear them. His staff, especially Robert, is wonderful and very helpful. This whole office takes more time and provides more resources and information than ANY other opto office I’ve been to, and I’ve been wearing glasses most of my life. I cannot speak highly enough about this establishment.

She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about your eye health and comfort. Robert and Stephanie are absolute rockstars! Very friendly, efficient, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it’s scheduling, helping with glasses, or answering questions, they make the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. If you’re looking for an eye doctor who treats you like family and a team that makes every visit a great one, Kori Silver and her staff are truly the best of the best. Highly, highly recommend!
