Dr Hanson is my favorite, very personable and does an excellent exam. Helped me find affordable Latisse also! Allison in the optical department is excellent at helping you select glasses. Not fond of the over done cheap decorations that go up in the waiting area for every holiday, Not classy and a bit offensive.

This place would be OK for straightforward prescriptions, but at least in my experience it isn't set up for more substantial issues. I recently went here for treatment of a chalazion, but the appointment consisted of about 15 minutes of visual examination, and a statement from the provider that they don't treat this condition and would need to refer out. This was particularly frustrating because I mentioned when making the appointment the exact condition I was seeking treatment for. A few weeks later, I have a bill for the exam, but no referral or help with the condition that prompted the visit. So, don't waste your time here for this type of appointment.
I highly recommend Dr. Seth Huber at Highlands Ranch Vision Center. He is kind, patient, and very thorough with diagnosing and testing. He answered all my questions. Dr. Huber explained about my cataracts and gave me an excellent referral for cataract surgery. His follow-up care after my cataract was amazing and he helped me navigate some of my concerns regarding the recovery. My new prescription was excellent and he even made a small change for reading. I am currently very happy with my new glasses. Dr. Huber also helped me with dry eye concerns. Above all, Dr. Huber LISTENS to the patient and all the details. The technicians were also amazing about fitting my glasses correctly and making adjustments with patience.
If I could give Dr. Huber a 10 star review I would. I have been going to him for 15 years and he is always so lovely and kind. But his office staff is incredibly rude which is why I am giving this review 2 stars. For several years now, every time I call I am greeted with unfriendly staff who gets aggressive over the phone for me asking very simply questions. I wish it was a one off or just one person, but this has again been my experience every single time Ive called for the past couple years. Quite unfortunate.
Dr. Bailin is amazing! Unfortunately, that is where my comfortable experience with this practice ended; the office staff could use a refresher on positively dealing with clients.
