My husband and I made appointments after Cathy’s was recommended to us, and we had the best experience! Staff and doctor were friendly and personable. Cathy helped us both pick out glasses and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and to find frames we both loved. And our glasses were ready for pickup within two hours! We will be customers of Cathy’s from here on out!

I first visited last year and have become a returning customer. Everyone there is so sweet and helpful. Mrs. Cathy is wonderful and made sure to really help me find the right glasses and contacts for a reasonable price. She didn’t take advantage or try to upsell me like they do at other vision places. I truly enjoy my experience every visit. You won’t be disappointed!
My brother found this gem of customer service and professionalism, kindness and care. Cathy made our little ole’ mama so happy to have her glasses back after her recent nursing home stay. First time using them. I was very pleased. Even though they were busy, Dr Havens and staff took their time to insure I got the best care. When choosing frames, I was lucky enough to have the owner Cathy help me. Cathy had Brooke help as well since she was training. They helped me make the right choice. Everyone was very nice and gave me the "CARE" I needed! Also, I got the best price I've gotten in years on glasses!
