Love Dr Horton, he's very patient and answers all my questions. The eye exam was very detailed and I left feeling confident about my eye health. Ordered glasses from the dispensary and Dalia was so helpful in picking frames with me and estimating my insurance coverage. Definitely recommend!

I was SO HAPPY with my Jan 26th 2026. Making a long story short they washed out my eye so good after my injection they was NO later irritation as has happened in the past. Actually after requesting a more thorough eye cleansing last year, I have had NO PROBLEMS AT ALL with later eye discomfort. I've been very happy with that. Yay!
Dr. Taylor appears to be very knowledgeable in his field; however, my experience as a patient was severely disappointing. I visited the office for evaluation of a visual field disturbance. During the appointment, I felt that Dr. Taylor’s communication style was short, curt, and lacking the professionalism and empathy that patients—especially those with anxiety or other comorbidities—need and deserve. After my eyes were dilated, I attempted to set a respectful boundary regarding our interaction. Rather than addressing my concerns, he became defensive and stated, “You just want to be coddled.” When I expressed that I felt he had been rude and that his comments were unnecessary, he initially dismissed my concerns. It was only after the conversation continued that his demeanor became more professional and respectful. I understand that healthcare providers have demanding jobs and difficult days, because I am one (32 years). However, patients deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion regardless of circumstances. Clinical knowledge is of the upmost importance, but mannerisms and professionalism are equally essential components of quality patient care. For me, this experience fell WAY short of those expectations. As a result, this was both my first and last visit to this practice. Physicians take an oath to serve patients with integrity, conscience, and respect. To “Do No Harm!” Unfortunately, I did not feel those principles were reflected in my interaction today. While others may have had different experiences, I felt it was important to share mine.
Dr Horton is great. Explained everything, didn't rush and was very thorough. The support staff was exceptional. I highly recommend the group and Dr. Horton.
Excellent customer service after the purchase of my glasses here. I was very grateful for the help "after the sale" and would recommend using this office for all your eye care needs.
