I'm from the UK, and a few days into our two week family holiday in July this year, I trod on my glasses, breaking the frame. By chance, the one place not too far from where we were staying in Gatlinburg, that my family of researchers picked out of possible places to visit, was Ranee King's Eye Designs Optical in Sevierville. It was the perfect choice. Ranee found from her vast selection, a frame into which she could refit my lenses, which miraculously were still intact. Ranee was so welcoming and experienced in her field, and I think in less than 30 minutes we were on our way, and could get back to enjoying our time in the area. So, if you need an eyewear specialist in this part of the world, Ranee is the person who will do her best to provide what you need. Thank you Ranee! You certainly saved the day on this occasion!

Sight-saver! Typical tourist, lost my glasses while tubing down the river. After squinting for multiple days I called Eye Designs. Renee was amazing. She checked for my unique prescription and found a very close match. I picked out a nice frame from a wide variety of styles and she had the glasses ready by the time I returned from grabbing a coffee down the road. Renee was incredibly friendly and experienced. She helped restore the sight of this squinting Virginian.

Last week my family and I were at a basketball tournament in Gatlinburg. At one of the games, a basketball pass went awry and hit my mother in the face, breaking her glasses. Not knowing where to take her to get her eyeglasses fixed, I googled options and noticed a high rating at Ranee's store. We went to Eye Design Optical and was greeted kindly by Ranee. She fixed my Mom's broken glasses in no time. Then off to the basketball games, we went. We were very impressed with Ranee's kindness, professionalism and skill set. We are on vacation and while cleaning my glasses the frame broke around the lense. I thought it was a long shot, but figured I’d check to see if anyone could at least look at them or possibly a temporary fix. Well I read the reviews about Ranee King, so I took a chance and drove over there to see if she had time to take a look. She not only took a look, but set my lenses in new frames that I like even more than my old ones. She is a wonderful kindhearted Person with excellent optometry skills. We decided to visit PF last minute, but I realized I had forgotten my glasses halfway home from Lexington, KY. Ranee, the owner, texted me to confirm that she received the script and asked if I wanted to come in today for assistance. I was thrilled to receive her text! From the moment I arrived until I left with a new pair of glasses, it was less than 30 minutes. The pricing here is extremely affordable, and the selection is just as good.
