I saw Dr Nave for the first time yesterday. and I liked right away. He is very personable and explained the problem with my eyes so I could understand. We moved to East Tennessee 3 yrs ago. have been to 3 eye doctor. I definitely be going back to Dr Nave and my husband will also be going to him. Thd office staff is friendly and thorough.

Very much satisfied in every aspect with Dr Nave. Impeccable bedside manner never felt like he was rushing through my care. As a young man this Dr has many years of amazing care and service in our community at large and as a Veteran my expectations were greatly exceeded. I have and will continue to recommend this brilliant surgeon to any who asks and amongst my family and friends.

I cannot say enough good things about the care and concern the Chapman Hwy office gave me. I was vacationing in the area when I had an eye emergency. My first contact was Katie, the triage nurse. She was so helpful working me into their busy schedule. She made sure I knew where to go and even came to see me when I was in the office. I was seen by Dr. Austin Nave. He was very thorough and explained everything to me in a clear and concise manner. He was not rushed and made a plan for my continued care with a specialist. I would highly recommend Dr. Nave and his whole team.

Everyone at this office is friendly & helpful. Dr. Nave did cataract surgery on me on 12/2023. One eye was a bit blurry so he was able to do a lazer correction and it is very clear now! I couldn't be happier!
