Walmart Vision Center

I went in on a Sunday for an eyeglass adjustment. The representative was super friendly and took care of me right away. Customer service was obviously something she took pride in. I 100% recommend them for anything related to glasses/vision.

My husband told me that the man and the woman working there were rude about it being three months since he was due back. My husband is probably the nicest guy in the world and of course he didn’t want me to say anything. The doctor, however, was very kind and understanding. I think it would be a shame for him to lose business because his employees don’t know how to keep their mouths shut. This is the second review that involves his staff being rude so I hope he is able to see it and make changes. They did give my husband another trial pair, and again, the doctor was kind. This is why I gave 3 starts instead of one. I think his staff needs to understand that life happens and we lost track of time. It isn’t the staff’s business or concern. It was between my husband and his doctor.

The staff and Dr here were absolutely amazing. They stayed over to help us because my little boy lost his glasses on a roller coaster. I can not say enough good things about them. They were very professional and kind hearted people.

Dr. Fitzgerald and his staff always go above and beyond with wonderful patient care. He is caring, concise and very through each time I visit his office; and I couldn't be more pleased. The office staff always have a friendly and warm greeting for everyone and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I couldn't ask for better anywhere. An A+ experience.

I see why the rating is so low. It's the front desk girl. She's not friendly and doesn't have much patience. I was stressed bc of it. The Dr's are fantastic . It was my first time getting an exam and contacts. The Dr's were very informative and easy going g.
