We had an excellent experience. The staff and doctors were very friendly and thorough. They took us back on time and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for complete eye care.
The staff are very polite and caring. Dr. Alyssa Invergo Taylor has a great chair side manner. She listened patiently and couldn’t have been more comforting and empathetic towards the issues I’m having. I highly recommend this location.
What an incredible group! From Grace at the front desk reception… to Shawn giving Eye exams! To Dr McMillan!! An extremely warm and professional atmosphere. Grace is exceptionally… kind, gracious and has a golden warmth… in her smile and her conversation. Shawn was so positive, outgoing and focused on his work. And Dr Mc! His wisdom and professionalism is tremendous! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!
I am a new patient to this practice and was very impressed with the pleasant and professional treatment. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr Ivergo Taylor were efficient. I had a thorough exam by Erica. The facility itself is easy to get to, plenty of parking and very clean.
The front desk was polite and professional to me,my nurse was friendly and understanding of my use of my walker and helped me whenever I needed it and moved my walker out of the way with care and brought it back to me when I needed to move around to different areas,my doc has always been the best to me and takes his time and I never feel rushed out and he always explains the exam and findings in a way I understand and is always patient and polite when I have questions..I'm very pleased and comfortable here..
