Dealing with Cleveland Eye Clinic’s main office in Brecksville Ohio for the past 5-years has been wonderful! When my regular eye doctor was off and I had a “scary to me” visual experience, I accepted any doctor who could see me. Bingo, that day the doctor did an excellent job detecting that I needed to see a retina eye specialist. She directed a clerical member to setup an appointment at that associations office (preferably near my home). The clerical person got me into the closest to my home on the next day. Team work at its best!!!!!

Everyone at the office at the Brecksville location was great, including the receptionists and doctors. They were all very nice. The office was clean. The only complaint I have is that in order to schedule an appointment, I called the normal number for the office and I was directed to a call center from what it seems like. The person that answered seemed to be from a different country, and I could not understand the person. It took at least 15 minutes in order to make an appointment. You used to be able to call the office number and talk to an actual person from the office. When I am directed to a call center talking to a person I can barely understand is very frustrating. I should be able to call the office and talk to a person I can understand and they can clearly understand me. It needs to go back to the way where you can call the office and talk to a person. My concern is that if someone has an urgent need and they need to see an eye doctor, talking to someone from the call center who speaks English that can barely be understood would create a problem when being able to call the office directly and talk to someone there would save headaches and hassle. Also when I talked to this person at the call center, they gave me the wrong information. I recommend the Brecksville location, just not the way the calls are answered at some call center.

Very efficient, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable also willing to explain everything to the clients so that you really understand the process. Very comfortable and also very clean and easy to navigate. Couldn’t have a better experience also had surgeries there, and they were amazing and the outcomes were always successful. I would recommend ClevelandEye clinic to everyone.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was my first visit to the Cleveland Eye Clinic in Brecksville to see Dr. Wiley for cataract surgery. From the very start, the staff was warm & welcoming, & although I did not get the name of one of two Receptionists, who helped me, she was very nice. Sebastian took me into an exam room, & was very thorough & professional, along with another nice young man, who tested my eyes with three different machines. He said he usually works at the Avon office, but came in to help because they were busy. Linda, Dr. Wiley’s Certified Ophthalmic Technician, was excellent & helped me, along with Dr Wiley to determine which cataract package was best for me. (I chose Package 2.) I highly recommend Dr. Wiley & his team!
