Cedar See Vision Center

We had our first visit to CedarSEE vision center yesterday. My husband and I have ongoing eye issues in addition to needing glasses too. The front desk staff was helpful, kind, and skilled. Our preliminary screenings were done collaboratively by Dr. Korley as she taught a new staff member how to use the technology as they performed the necessary screenings. Both Dr. Korley and the new staff member were extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Korley was highly knowledgeable and also a skilled and caring teacher in regards to training the new staff member and explaining to us what they were doing. The remainder of our exams were done by Dr. Otojare. We have been to many eye doctors in our many years of dealing with eye issues and I say with confidence that Dr. Otojare was exceptional in every way. She explained everything clearly and kindly, and was highly knowledgeable. She asked many questions and took time to listen and understand our worries and concerns. She is by far the best optometrist we have ever been to. We feel very lucky to have found Dr. Otojare and Dr. Korley. They truly care, and they will truly help us, which is a rare thing in today's healthcare system. I highly recommend the CedarSEE Vision Center.

CedarSEE Vision is awesome! Everyone there is always so friendly. There are snacks and water in the waiting area. The doctors are superb! I have to get a very customized prescription for my contacts and Dr. Korley is making sure that I have the best quality of sight for my situation. I appreciate her for her work and dedication.

I came to get my daughter new glasses. Janiece went above and beyond to help get my daughter the glasses that she needed. Janiece explained different options for her and we got the best option. She was very helpful through the whole process of picking her glasses. Janiece even surprised us with a new frame for my daughter to wear in the meantime since her other ones broke! Tamra was a very kind and sweet person at the front desk. She was very helpful with getting my family set up as new patients and scheduling our appointments. We had a wonderful first time experience! Can't wait to come back for our exams!

To be honest, I normally blow past surveys, unless I receive horrible care and customer service. But what precipitated me to give my review was my care and treatment. My experience was a familial feel. I felt as if I was being taken care of by my sisters...family members. My treatment was reminiscent of the stellar customer service of the old days, where people genuinely smiled and attend to you. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Korley was very professional & well informed with my eye exam. It was one of my most thorough exams that I ever had. When I told them that I needed to see a doctor quickly after explaining my condition, they took me in the same day. Unheard of these days to get an appointment within a couple of hours. Very pleased with the pleasant staff also. I would highly recommend this practice.
