⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Simon Eye. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen in a timely manner. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain my eye exam results, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The entire team provided outstanding customer service and made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend Simon Eye to anyone looking for quality eye care and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Thank you for the exceptional service!

First time experience with Simon Eye was very pleasant. Kind courteous people and very thorough. Kudos to everyone. They all did their jobs extremely well. I am very happy with the process and the results! They are my eye care provider.....period!

Called to make an appointment over a month ago told them I no longer had Aetna and I have BCBS gave them the member number they told me I had a $60 copay. No problem. The day of my appointment I drive all the way from Dover for them the tell me they do no take BCBS and I would have to be self pay.. I’m sorry what? You had almost 6 weeks to verify my insurance. Lazy scheduling staff. Called to speak with scheduling manager she’s just as useless never returned my call. She knows her employees suck just like her management style TRASH

After weeks without my prescription glasses from Simon Eye I was finally back in town and had a very nice and beneficial meeting with Hollie! All was taken care of and I am very satisfied with Simon Eye’s compensation for my long wait, broken frames, frustration and anxiety I experienced! Anyway, thanks Hollie for your great help! It’s always a pleasure dealing with you!

I want to say thank you to Dr.Zwolan and Flowers for making me feel comfortable and not judged. Dr.Zwolan was very calm, understanding, and had lot of patience with letting me go my speed. I had to let him do things over a lot because my F Neurological Disorder. I felt he did let me be sure what I see is correct without feeling judged or hurried. Flowers was understanding, not judgmental. She was very kind and made sure I got everything I wanted💜 Talking to her was really fun. I glad I came here. I highly recommend coming here. 💜👍
