From the moment I walked into Virtua Health & Wellness Center, I felt like I was in caring hands. My receptionist and registrar, Dayah, greeted me with such warmth and kindness. Her smile and welcoming spirit immediately put me at ease on what had been a very nerve wracking day. I was there for a biopsy and, to be honest, I was terrified because I didn’t know what to expect. My care team Kayleen, Joanna, Sandra, Katie, and P.A. Erica were absolutely incredible. Every single person took the time to explain the procedure, walk me through each step, and reassure me along the way. Their compassion, patience, and professionalism made all the difference. What started as one of the scariest days ended with me walking out smiling. That says everything about the level of care I received. I’m so grateful to this amazing team for treating me with such kindness, empathy, and respect during such a vulnerable moment. If you’re feeling anxious about having a biopsy or any procedure done, I wholeheartedly recommend Virtua Health & Wellness Center. They truly provide exceptional care and make you feel like more than just a patient.

Hotel Virtua is the best hospital I’ve ever been too. The staff are polite, understanding and probably the hottest nurses anywhere. It’s like the Fox News of hospitals. Not to mention the food in the cafeteria, it’s like eating at a five star. Hands down the best experience while going through something. Daijah who checked me in was great, the women in radiology were awesome, Kaylen, Shannon (tech aid) Kathryn (nurse who poked me) Dana,Natalie and Carly (MRI Team).

Recently had open hernia surgery and was in the hospital 3-4 days. Can't say enough good things about my experience. Not only was my physician Dr. Zaretsky great but everyone I came in contact with treated me with kindness. All the nurses, techs and house staff were friendly and supportive. I'm so glad I decided to stay at Virtua for my care.

Maya, Irene, Shannon and Cat were all great. Brandi doing my brain MRI was truly amazing. She could tell I started to freak out with the cage on my head and she was able to ease my nerves enough to get my test done. She really goes the extra mile and she made the experience positive for me. I’m grateful :)

Radiology dept - Amber C, Tautum, Dana , Cat and Em Very helpful staff. They made the process nice and smooth. Explained everything for better understanding. Thank you ladies!
