Center for Sight

This facility has NO RESPECT for your time. You check in and wait in the FIRST waiting area. Then helpful assistants perform the basic stuff. Then you are asked to wait in a SECOND waiting room. Often for an hour! Very good eye care with caveats: Always overbooked, they have no respect for your time. Then after they call you in, you end up sitting in another waiting room further inside. If they're going to make us wait that long, the least that could be done is to refresh the now hard chair cushions. Furthermore the bathroom is disgusting. Black moldy ring around the sink and floor. C'mon, you guys can do better?

Always see Miranda first, she is terrific! Dr Mertzlufft is next and he is a great doctor. We’ve had him since we started at Center for Sight and he clearly takes an interest in his patients. My wife and I have had nothing but the best experience at the Center for Sight. It’s a busy place, but a little wait for first clsss care is definitely worth it.

The service I received from the Tech and Dr Stevens was great! The reason for the 3 stars is because the appointment making process is horrible. You cannot directly contact this office. You have to do it through a call center or online. After 20 years here I am contemplating changing to a different provider because of this.

They have the process down. Pat, get I inspected wait in a separate room waiting room. See another specialist. Finally see the doctor. Everything ran smoothly. Just took some time a little little slow in there but they were quite busy too. So very satisfied with the results

From the moment I walked it to the moment I was leaving the office everything was great. Camila has been great, very well informed and helpful. Meeting Dr Davis was a real pleasure. She did not rush, explained the procedure and answered every question I asked. I hope that surgery will go well I’ll be able to give you another 5 star review.
