The person that checked me in is the sweetest, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. W. O'Shea, I saw for eye glasses and contact appointment was very fast, consiterent and also very knowledgeable. The associate that helped me with my glasses and payment was "Jamie" the date was 5/26/26 @ 11:45A. She is amazing and very good at her job. (Their were 2 other employees present at the time of checking out that were not that nice, they spent the whole time talking to each other while training a new employee who seemed nice enough. All in All my visit was pleasant enough but Jamie made it the best review and experience for me. Anita Bunikel .

Dr. O'Shea was awesome really helpful and kind, the young lady helping me with frames was also very kind and helpful! I was slightly disappointed that they couldn't help me with getting the high index cut on my lenses since they're so thick. James was helping me to get the high index and a week went by and I guess it just couldnt be done, I hoped for a better explanation. But glasses are good as they are.

Jamie was absolutely fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to help me very quickly and easily. It was a pleasure working with her. Overall I’ve been coming to this location for years and I absolutely love everyone I’ve worked with. Highly recommended for ease of access to services and product variety. Also the hours of operation are very friendly for working people. Great location at Venice!

Had an awesome experience here! Bought 2 pairs of glasses on their BOGO! Jamie was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, helped me to honestly give her opinion on the frames I chose..like I had a friend or family member sitting across from me! Thanks Jamie! Appreciated your help so much!

Jamie was very sweet helpful and very charismatic. I am very indecisive and was struggling to pick just 2 pairs of frames for my glasses. Thankfully she helped me narrow it down and even recommended a frame that I honestly ended up loving more than my original choice. She also helped me figure out what glasses better compliment my face shape which I was super grateful for. Highly recommend getting her opinion if you are interested in getting new glasses she has great taste. ☺️
