I’d give more stars if I could! What’s a family vacation without an incident?? We were in town and my oldest got part of a straw hat stuck in his eye. Dr. McVey was able to squeeze us in. Her staff was fantastic and Dr. McVey personally came and got us from the waiting area. She got down eye level to my son and introduced herself with a high five. She was so great with my son and was able to resolve the issue in no time. She is kind, knowledgeable, and did I mention fantastic with kids! If we didn’t live over 2hours away I would consider making the drive back just to see her for our family’s eye care. Whether you are looking for a great pediatric eye dr or one for yourself, I highly recommend!!

Dr McVey is one of the most genuine and nicest providers. I’m a teacher who needs reading glasses. After a thorough exam, she came out to help me find fun frames to impress my students. The optician was wonderful as well.

I called to try and set up an appointment. I was out on hold and no one came back for quite awhile and then billing department picked up. I thought it was a accident and the girl said that I had a outstanding balance from a previous visit from years ago, so I paid it (I was unaware so I made it right) she said it would show that it was taken care of. I called back and still showing I had a balance so transfer me back to the customer service (billing department) and that person said they could see it had been paid and that she would call and tell them I’m ok to make appointment and no one picked up for her so she (while I was on phone) sent a email to the office manager or super to get back to me. No one did. Called today and still showing I owe so I said never mind and calling the number I was given from customer service and left a message for her to call me back. This is three days of just trying to make an appointment. Not worth it. I remember when they were so on top of things there. To bad

The medical staff at the Center for Sight was wonderful and very professional. Once I was actually seen, I felt like I was in good hands. My biggest issue was with the operations side of things. The office was extremely busy, to the point there was barely anywhere to park, and my appointment ran quite behind even though I arrived early. Overall, the care itself was great, but the scheduling and patient flow could definitely use some improvement.

I have been going to CFS for years. Never had a problem. This time there was a failure to communicate, but it was an oversight, I won't hold it against them. Dr. McV ordered trial contacts for me, but no one explained how I was to get them or when. Now I'm going through the weekend without the new ones and I don't have any new ones to use until this is sorted out.
