TLDR: fast appointment scheduling, informative doctor, good service I’ve always had to wait months to get an eye doctor. After moving to Philly, I finally had the opportunity to get some contact lenses for myself (thank you, insurance). As an eye glass wearer for 12 years, I’ve always feared using contacts and touching my eyes for it. I wanted to take the plunge into contacts and found that my insurance is accepted here. Expecting about a few months waiting time for an appointment, I walked in to schedule an appointment with the receptionist. She was quite nice and I didn’t have any issues with scheduling whatsoever. I was quite surprised that I only had to wait a few days for the doctor to see me. My appointment was scheduled and I was called a day before to remind me of my appointment. On the day, the appointment with the doctor was pretty straightforward. Routine eye exam along with contact lens fitting. Despite my fear of using contacts, the doctor assured me and trained me on how to properly apply the contacts. She even showed me how she did it herself. Overall, I had a great experience!
