I was very impressed with my visit yesterday. Both the doctor and staff were very friendly and attentive. Paperwork was all electronic, quick, and easy. I was taken to the back within five minutes of signing in. Dr. Moursi was kind and listened to all of my concerns. Blood work was all done in office immediately after my visit. They are now working on referrals to the specialists I requested. So far I am very pleased!

⭐ 1 Star Horrible experience. Upon arrival, the service was extremely unprofessional. The receptionists spent a significant amount of time chatting among themselves before acknowledging or assisting patients. The wait times were excessive, and there was very little communication regarding delays or what to expect. Unfortunately, it seemed that the primary solution offered was either a referral elsewhere or a tooth extraction. Other treatment options did not appear to be thoroughly discussed or considered. It felt as though removing the tooth was the easiest option rather than exploring alternatives. The walk-in process is also very frustrating. Even if you arrive early, you should be prepared to wait 4–5 hours or longer with little to no updates. Once you’re checked in, you’re essentially stuck waiting without knowing when you’ll be seen. If you’re considering this office, bring a packed lunch, a pillow, and plenty of patience because you’re likely going to be there all day. In my experience, this office seems best suited only for simple tooth extractions. I would not recommend this location based on the level of professionalism, communication, and overall patient experience.

I had an early morning appointment. I deliberately ask for early appointments so that if blood 🩸 works is required, I could do it right there as I have not eaten yet. As I entered I was greeted by attended to Helen and on my way back out by Antonia Williams. Both young ladies were attentive and displayed the classic way and manner in which a customer would like to be treated. Fast, effectively and well spoken. In minutes I was in Dr moursi’s office and was asked to do my annual blood work. Antonia Williams finally arranged my next appointment and I left feeling very happy with the whole process from start to finish.

It was a great experience visiting winter heaven's central Florida health care.the entire staff made feel welcomed. They were very attentive and very caring. Doctor Moursi , I can say , is one of the best Doctors i very ever come across. I got there with a blood pressure of 214/120 . A deadly blood pressure. He made sure that I leave there Well and alive. Giving thanks to God for guiding me to Doctor Sam moursi, my blood pressure was 109/70. Again, he made sure that I left there well and alive, thanks and praise to the lord for Doctor Sam mourning and his team 🙏

I have only had one other physician, that truly made me feel heard, seen, and understood. Dr Moursi is an excellent physician and a true Blessing, after searching for several years.... I am grateful to have his care. I dont ever feel rushed or overlooked. I recommend him very often. The only side note I might have... is for his nurse, PLEASE, make sure you ask, and RECORD the patients pain level, every single time. Medical records should be consistent. And need to be. I appreciate you, even still. All of your jobs are complex and demanding !
