The staff was professional, kind, and attentive, and the doctor took the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. I truly felt cared for and never rushed. WARNING, WARNING! You MUST make sure you are IN-NETWORK!!! I went to this Dundee location TWICE. The first/ second visits, they checked to see if my insurance will cover and "It did" according to the front desk (who are probably volunteering there 😑). Today I went to THEIR OBGYN (that they referred me to) in Haines. The sweet girl at the desk DOUBLE checked, cause she said (I HAD A BILL FOR $400!) it didn't look right. Turns out they are considered OUT OF NETWORK!!!!! I drove straight to Dundee to ask for an office manager, apparently she is off....on a Tuesday (i call BS)?! ALLEGEDLY, I'll get a call back. NOT A DIME WILL BE PAID BY ME!!!!!

I absolutely love DR. James. She's very attentive and patient. The clinic staff is amazing as well from the time you walk in until you leave.
