Worst experience ever! Receptionist lady with red hair needs to find another job where her job does not require interacting with customers, people like her make businesses look bad, got there she didn’t even greet me I had to greet her, her tone in which she spoke was not friendly what so ever and clearly had no patience to speak with me. But once she spoke with people of her own race she was all smiles and friendly tune honestly how embarrassing to be that type of human being.

Dr. Mark was amazing!!! New to area and to this eye Dr and the experience was over the top. Professional comfortable and I wasn’t nervous as I usually am. My appointment was right on time - receptionist was pleasant and kind. Danny who checked me out - same! The whole experience was A plus!!!

I have gotten great prescription lenses and frames here yearly since 2022. Karen and the team are excellent. Love my cool frames, quick turn around, great Nikon lenses: crafting and quality.

These people had so many problems. Some by what I've read are so far fetched the problem was them. My wife and I have been going here for years and NO issues at all.

My husband and I are visiting from Michigan. The band/arm on my glasses seemed to be broken. I had bought them at LensCrafters in Michigan, so we decided to take them to the closest Lens Crafters which was about an hour drive from where we were. The lady was very rude and told me “we don’t repair here”. She had been in the back on her cell phone (we could directly see her)…She Handed me my glasses and walked away. We had to go to Walmart for a couple other things, so I decided to stop into the Vision Center to see if they could possibly help. Rachel looked at my glasses and knew in a second exactly what was wrong! She told me a part had fallen out and if I could find it, they could fix it! It was a tiny part so I wasn’t hopeful. Daniel, the manager asked if he could take a look. He told me if I bought an “O” ring in a hardware department, I could slip it over the arm and it could buy me some time until I could fix it properly or until we made it back home. He didn’t try to convince me to buy a new pair, they didn’t turn me away and they both we SUPER KIND & HELPFUL! This encouraged my husband to ponder getting our next glasses at WM! GREAT JOB RACHEL & DANIEL!!! Thank you for AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ended up finding the part and came back! Daniel was able to fix my glasses!
