Finding a doctor who actually treats you like a human being instead of just another number is rare. Dr Balan is easy to talk to, but you can tell right away he completely knows his stuff. Dr Balan took the time to thoroughly look into everything and explained it all in plain English so I actually understood what was going on before I left. It was a solid, professional experience from start to finish, and I genuinely appreciate his care.

Dr ballen is one of the most sweetest caring Drs I’ve ever had the fact that he listens to all my concerns and addresses them one by one means so much to me. he definitely does his job I rate him a 5***** anytime any day ever. I’m happy to call & have him as my own personal Dr I wouldn’t trade him for no other and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that’s in need of a good family Dr. may God continually bless this man every day for the rest of his life 💯
The dentist office is clean, the staff are bright & friendly. I love the dentist himself, idk his name but he's kind, friendly, easy on ur mouth, explains things in detail & no pain!! I haven't gone to the medical side but I have used the pharmacy. Separate from the dentist but he used them 2X for me. 1st time the meds weren't ready in time for the procedure, 2nd time they were supposed to call when ready, they never did. I went to pick them up anyway to have b4 the procedure. Two weeks passed but they weren't ready, I waited for them to fill it. Only took 10 min but the meds should have been ready. I can't give them a good review
I’ve gone here for quite a while and the people are great. Dr. Balan is an awesome doctor. He addresses all of my concerns and doesn’t make me feel rushed. The nurses and front desk are so friendly and professional. Even the pharmacist’s are great. Knowledgeable and personable.
Absolutely terrible. I made a new patient appt which took about 3 months for the next opening, which is fine. When I get here (yes I'm writing it while I'm still in the waiting room) 45mins early for my appointment to make sure I can get all my paperwork done because I don't want to wait. 20 minutes past my appointment I told the receptionist and she told me I should be seen soon, but in a tone that made me feel like she honestly wasn't confident in what she said. It's currently 34mins past my appointment and I have yet to hear anything. I will never return here. While the staff seemed friendly and amazing at first, whatever is happening behind the scenes is extremely disappointing, infuriating, and honestly disrespectful at this point. I understand that being seen at my exact time isn't guaranteed, but over 30 mins late is unprofessional. EDIT: I was originally going to leave 30 minutes after my appointment, because I was already upset and frankly didn't want to go through with it anymore, but I unfortunately had a situation where I thought have an infection so I chose to stay. Approximately 36-40 minutes after my initial appointment time I get seen and as I said the staff were wonderful and very friendly, but that's also where the professionalism ends once again. While talking with the employee doing my exam they tell me that another employee that was supposed to be there for my exam would probably (and didn't) not be there and I would have to reschedule. More stuff happened during the exam which upset me, but it's too much to write. Finally after everything is done the building is closed and everyone has gone home and I was told that I can't get the documents I asked for because all of the receptionists have gone home and that I was also told that I would receive a call the following morning to make an appointment for further discussions because again no receptionist was there.
