First, I want to not only say thank you, but acknowledge the amazing exam that LAIN assessed me through. This is my first visit to Lake Eye. Exam was thorough, and welllll let me just say one needs to be teachable and have a young lady so transparent and knowledgeable was a "refreshing experience". 5 stars to LAIN and applaud to LAKE EYE for having her on staff. Now, Dr Vázquez, first of all "BOWTIED " drs is an ancient custom. But, again what a pleasure to be served by a Dr who listened and has directed me in this season of my life to a qualified specialist. He too informed and explained in detailed what is taking place and what will be the next steps. Dr Vázquez muy bien hecho. I applaud you, please continue to be who you are.

I had an amazing experience at Lake Eye Associates in Leesburg from start to finish! I went in for my vision consultation yesterday, and everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and caring. I especially want to recognize Marisol for providing exceptional customer service. From the moment she scheduled my appointment, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She answered all of my questions, made the entire process easy, and made me feel like a valued patient. It's rare to come across someone who is both so professional and so kind—Marisol truly went above and beyond, and she's a huge reason why my experience was so positive. Jordan, the technician, was also wonderful! He was patient, kind, and explained everything throughout the testing process, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. The optometrist was very friendly, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Overall, the entire staff was amazing, and I had a true 5-star experience. If you're looking for outstanding eye care with a team that genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend Lake Eye Associates in Leesburg. Everyone did a great job. Liked my contacts and especially the glasses. Everyone was great. I will never return if Mari Shelly Holderby, OD is on. When I mentioned to her that my husband was waiting in the car for me for over an hour I expected just a sorry for the inconvenience. What she said was, “You don’t have to come back”. Everyone deserves curtesy, everyone is important. I realize an office can get backed up. But this young woman was too arrogant for me.

As always, great treatment! Dr Wherly is a wonderful eye specialist and surgeon. He's taken care of my eyes for years and when it was time, he did my cataract surgery. Very knowledgeable and personable.

I walked it and felt very comfortable. The lady at the front was very sweet. I didn't wait long at all. Right on time. The lady that was checking my glasses over, and drops in the eyes, was very nice. Great to talk with. When all done with that, on to the next room. Then the Dr came in, he was awesome. He looked in my eye's and told me everything I needed to know. It was all great. Thank you.
