Seen at the Leesburg facility for the first time. We drove an hour to get there. It was worth every second of the drive. We will come back. Connie Williams, APRN was phenomenal as well as nurse Beatrice. APRN answered all of our questions and provided referrals in our first visit that we had been trying to get for months. Everyone there is kind and attentive. The facility is clean and doesn’t feel icky like some clinics can. Lab work is conveniently performed on site. Though we didn’t need it, they have an on site pharmacy too.

Everyone was friendly. I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen in my Doctor Connie. Williams did a very thorough job and was very pleasant. They’ve provided the best experience for going to the doctor. I’m very satisfied with them.

I loved Dr. Frank’s he’s honest and straight to the point I respect that. There is not A lot of doctors like him. I liked that he didn’t prescribe anything yet without further testing and really making sure what the root cause is first so then he can treat it properly. Another thing he listens to your concerns And gives you his honest opinion. Very happy with him.

This place is a joke. Can I keep track of their own appointments? But they made with a patient And every time I try to get into the the dentist that my insurance is registered. As for the past three years, I cannot even get seen

I'll be leaving this practice! I've been a patient for this clinic for 8-9 years. I can't think of ANYTHING they ever helped me with that ever made me proud enough to say they deserve great recognition. Ms Connie is extremely rude and impatient. She's not caring. They don't do a thorough examine. I'm working on finding another primary care. And if the office manager is watching this, you can feel free to terminate me from your office. Iris Ball!
