I made an appointment for me and my three year old, and I can not recommend this place enough. Dr. Leigh and his assistant was so sweet with my baby. He normally crys with strangers but they made him feel so comfortable and at ease. It was so refreshing! The receptionist was absolutely wonderful as well. Making our appointment was a breeze. Also they have a great selection of glasses.
Took their time with my son. Made him feel absolutely confident about getting glasses. Everyone in that office is wonderful! I live in Lexington but I will make the drive just because I know my kids will receive the best care here!
It’s a small office, but staff was friendly and knowledgeable about insurance. Wait time to be seen was about 45 minutes.
Dr. Leigh is absolutely amazing! I have never had a doctor do such a thorough eye exam before and he took the time to explain the process. He is also extremely patient and great with kids. I wish all doctors had his bedside manner. The entire staff was super helpful and extremely nice. I love that each staff member took the time and were very detail oriented- everything from a color test to sizing my glasses to fit correctly on my face. The prices are great as well. The office is so new you can smell the fresh wood smell. They have a nice selection to frames to chose from that are affordable. The experience was so pleasant and even shocking because the doctor and the entire staff cares for you like you are their family rather than being treated like a number, a chore, and an atm as with most modern health care businesses I have experienced. Most places care about your money and not you but definitely not here. Highly recommend if you are like me and care about quality and customer service. I have never had such a pleasant visit at a doctor.
Dr. Leigh and his staff are amazing! After having some sudden vision changes, I called for an appointment. Dr. Leigh performed the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. He was professional and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything completely. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind, treating me with courtesy the entire time.
