I used to love this place until my last experience there, this spring/summer 2025. They rushed my appointment, didn’t listen when I spoke, and kept getting my prescription wrong as a result. I tried 3 or 4 trial contacts and finally found ones that would work. It’s now October and I still cannot get them to send me my script so I can order them. I’ve requested it 3 times. Lastly, when I was done with my appointment I paid with a hsa debit card. They charged me a percentage to use my card. When I went to pick up my glasses, they said they forgot to charge a contact fitting fee; even though it was their fault that my debit card had to be charged again, I still had to pay another fee. I am They have gone downhill head first in a very short period of time At the same time, my boyfriend paid $750 (after insurance) for glasses he cannot see out of. They told him to wear them for a few months to “get used to them” which he did. He still cannot see and they can’t be reached. As soon as I get my script, I am seriously considering changing providers.
