Everyone was patient , kind and helpful. Dr. Teets was busy but spent time listening to me, checking things out, developing a plan for now and the future. More help than I have received over the past two years elsewhere. She is great, very knowledgeable and wants to help, grateful she is working with me.

Our first experience at Conestoga was mixed. Our appointment was at 915 and the building opens at 9. So, I thought we’d be the first ones to go in. But, not the case. We weren’t taken back until maybe 20 minutes or so after our appointment time and there was absolutely nothing in the lobby to keep my two young kids busy. So, we sat there for about 30 mins, waiting, and trying to keep kids under control. They really should have a child area with cartoons and toys if they are going to be serving children on a regular basis. The pediatric team was nice and experienced with children. They had specialized tests for kids and tvs in the exam rooms. My son was able to watch his favorite show during the exam, which kept him still and focused. The desk staff was pleasant, but not overly friendly or helpful. They did the minimum required. We were prescribed a medication to dilate at home before our next appointment. But nobody explained to me how to do it and I realized once I got home that I didn’t know how to do it and had been given no guidance.
Dr. Teets was attentive and patient with Glenn Harmon. He’s a very slow 84 year old but was treated with dignity. I am so thankful to be part of this practice. Pre doctor testing employees were equally as professional. Best eye check up ever.
Highly recommend Conestoga Eye and Dr. Silbert. From the beginning, he truly listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained the surgery process, including what to expect with swelling and bruising. What stood out most was the aftercare. The office checked in with me, and when my recovery wasn’t progressing as expected, they took my call right away. Dr. Silbert quickly identified that I was having an allergic reaction to the eye antibiotics and had me stop them immediately. After that, my eyes healed very quickly. His staff also recommended Neova Copper Peptide Recovery Cream, which really helped speed up healing and improve scarring. I can now see clearly out of both eyes—no more straining. Every visit, I was greeted with kindness, and the office has a friendly, upbeat atmosphere. For additional photos directly after surgery, you can check out my IG page @hype_girl_adventures.
Dr. Silbert was very nice and explained the procedure that he would perform so that I could understand. The office was very efficient and employees were very. personable and professional.
