The person that checked me in was so incredibly rude. He had zero patience for my questions, did not communicate well, seemed to struggle with understanding how to look am account up, and so on. It wasn't a good experience, and the employee even started swearing. I was appalled and left without going to my appointment. I didn't feel confident medically when they couldn't locate the records, and then I felt unsafe when he began swearing at me. I've been coming here for an extremely long time, and I'm really disappointed.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment at vision Works in Hummelstown. Then doctor was very knowledgeable. They had a good selection of glasses. I will go there every time I need new glasses.

Great place to get our eyes checked. They are quick and thorough with their checkups. All the staff is friendly and answered any questions we had. They have a large assortment of eye glasses to choose from as well. They were very good with our kids appointments as well. We will definitely use them for our yearly check ups.

2nd visit made me change my review from 1 star to 4 star. The new staff was amazing and professional. The man made light conversation with me and it was nice to chat. There was a women working in the front who was so kind and even offered me a more comfortable chair since I’m super pregnant. I was in and out in a timely manner and no unprofessional like my first visit. First visit. I waited 2hours to be seen and finished when only 1 other person was in the clinic for an appt. Absolutely no contact samples in stock and told me 7-10 days for my sample to come in. The estimated delivery date is WAY longer than that. Then I have to wear the sample box for x-amount of time to come back and get my prescription never have had this happen. Not to mentions the techs were laughing and snickering at the system for the virtual doctor. It was so incredibly unprofessional.

Erica and Dominic were amazing! So sweet, and took care of us greatly as well as the other customers. Their attitudes showed that they really enjoyed Visionworks as a whole and that is what I loved to see. This experience adds to the reason why I choose Visionworks to be my Eyeglass store.
