I had the BEST experience ever at the Walmart in Baker, La. The team there made me feel like family! They went over and beyond to make sure my daughter and I left there without a doubt in mind of where her next pair of glasses would be coming from. Shout out to Kimberly McBride and Quintina Turner for being the ultimate carbon copy of what customer service should be!! Again thank you both for EVERYTHING!!! I would definitely recommend this Walmart Vision Center to everyone!!!

I've spent the best 2.5 hours here with Mrs. Kimberly in the Vision center. What started out as a rough day ended up being a refreshing and powerful Monday. Mrs. Kimberly is the best. Her patience, honesty, smile, not to mention her wonderful personality made it easy to finally pick one pair out of literally trying on almost 30 pairs of glasses. I’d like to shout out Kate and Kim for their exceptional customer service in patience, professional, and time! These ladies went above and beyond to assist me with processing my eyeglass order. This was my 1st visit at Walmart Vision & Glasses (BAKER location) and I must say I am very pleased. Both ladies exhibited patience beyond what most would these days under pressure. I went into the Baker Walmart just browsing around. Kimberley advised they didn’t have a dr at her store but she could get me scheduled at central Walmart. She was very nice and pleasant. We talked and I left happy to know that I was assisted without having to be stressed. Thank you Kimberly
