Walmart Vision Center

Overall, I had a very good experience and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. Stephianie helped me with my glasses and was very helpful throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and was able to articulate the details in a way that made it easy to understand, which I really appreciated. One small critique is that there could be slightly more professionalism shown in some areas, but it’s a very minor point compared to the overall positive experience.

My experience at the Zachary Walmart Vision Center was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a vision center. From the moment I walked into the Vision Center I was greeted with a smile and a warm reception; as well as assistance in helping me to select eye glasses that met my expectations. Special thanks to Lethie, Kayler, Stephanie, as well as the physician, Dr. Lee. This is a great place to come to if you need vision assistance; as well as courteous treatment.

I went to Walmart vision center to get my glasses and Mrs. Stephanie, Destine, Lettie, Amber and dr Lee all took care of me and got me with glasses that i like and they are very friendly and nice and help you and take time to serve you. Thanks to all of yall for the service.

All of the ladies, especially Ms. Stephanie, were super friendly and helpful! They explained the costs involved for both with and without insurance coverage, provided details regarding contact fittings, and even took the time to answer my kid's questions.

Even though i was clueless about the recent policy changes, let me tell you, Amber was the best person ever in life to assist. A lifesaver if you will. I know i was difficult initially bc I couldn’t see (lol) but she got me in and out, with another pair on the side just in case (which im sure ill need). Zachary did what needed to be done hiring her! I couldnt leave the parking lot without giving her, her just due. And give her a raise. She is the epitome of customer service and everything right in the world.
