My grandson, Christopher, was very pleased with his experience at Williamson. The staff was polite and patient. The doctor made his eye examination easy and professional. Thank you, Williamson for a job well done. We will see you next year.
Dr Smith is the best. I won’t go to anyone else. He really knows what he’s doing and I just can’t express how much his knowledge, skill and kindness means to me. His assistant Haley is kind, professional and very sweet and understanding. His nurse Sara is the same. Love them all!
The office staff were warm and welcoming. The doctor was very thorough and took time to listen to your questions and concerns At the end of the visit, the doctor took time to give suggestions and recommendations
Being on Medicare & Medicaid, thought they had my best interest at heart. NOT TRUE. Just wanted my $$. Dr. Zachary was great, but after ordering my glasses with the woman who had nothing nice to say about her job there, complained the whole time about the computer programs & how she threatened her bosses that if the don't change it, she'll going to quit & she leaves at 5:00 on the dot regardless of who the Drs send to her close to closing. And how long she's worked there! Then proceeded to tell me about her children's needs come before anybody!! I was so ready to get out of there that I would have ordered everything just to get out of there. So I left (at 3:00pm), an hour later I decided I didn't want the glasses I ordered & called back to find they "closed early"!!!!1st thing the next day at 8:30am, I called to cancel & was told I couldn't because my glasses were already being made!!! WOW. I MUST BE THE ONLY PERSON EVER WHO GOT THEIR GLASSES THE VERY NEXT MORNING -7hrs later & their DONE?? WOW! Ok I'll come pick them up!! No they won't be ready for 14 days!!! WHAT? You just said they're done, so I can't cancel. 2wks later, returned to have them fitted and can't see a darn thing, but was told to go get them 2 wks! So returning them AGAIN. Just picked them up today (after 2 more wks) & I have paid $130 for glasses I can't use. Can't see anything while wearing them, & insurance won't pay for another visit somewhere else! So I'm out serious money for glasses I'll NEVER wear. I felt like I was a nuisance for just being customer. Williamsons in Zachary is the worst place to purchase glasses.
First initial visit to Williamson Eye Center. From the time I walked in, everyone was very nice and welcoming! Will definitely be a permanent client. Thank you to everyone for making this visit a positive experience.
