Century Eye Care

Posting this review on my wife's (Alicia's) behalf...YES, the parking sucks, and there are long wait times, so we understand other reviewer's frustrations...but OUR overall experience has been positive. Getting thru to the receptionist (Vanessa) by phone has been challenging at times, but she has been very accomodating when we reach her (which is the reason for the long wait times, not answering phone calls, etc.---this clinic is SWAMPED every. single. day. with patients---they must be doing SOMETHING right, to be that busy...)... Alicia's bilateral cataract surgeries went off without a hitch; Dr. Aghai and his clinical AND surgical staff are top notch, and are to be commended for their expertise and professionalism. AND kudos to Lucy/surgery scheduling coordinator, who works miracles with an incredibly diverse patient workload---we marvel at her ability to handle such a tough job and stay on top of problems that arise on a daily basis (WE gave her a bit of trubble, needing an earlier surgery time for Alicia's second surgery, as she is diabetic, and has problems with going without food for 12-plus hours---thanks again Lucy, for helping out Alicia!)... In conclusion, we don't know how this clinic makes it thru the week, with their heavy workload...sure, there are inevitable delays & problems when servicing an enormous number of patients, but both Alicia and I are also in the healthcare field, and know shoddy work when we see it---Century Eye Care (clinic) and Caster Eye Center (surgical clinic) are NOT among the subpar entities out there---they are excellent in their field...thank you, to all of you, for helping Alicia recover her vision! 🙏🫡👌👍👏💯

Truly awful service. They do not care about their patients in the slightest. Have you wait hours after your appointment, never answer phones, treat patients with such a negative attitude. Truly astonishing the way people will take advantage of low income seniors. It is insane.

The truth about the experience of this center is the bad treatment and failure to answer her calls. It is disrespectful to the patient and the doctor is good when dealing with him. However, the secretariat harms the center’s reputation. However, it happened that the secretariat decided to treat you without presenting it to the doctor. Unfortunately, I preferred not to deal with them at all.

My name is Cynthia Evans and I had cataract surgery on 12/17/2024. The next day I saw a TOTAL difference in my vision. I have not seen such CLARITY in my vision in MANY YEARS. I am so grateful and thankful to Dr. Aghai for doing such an excellent job. There was no pain associated with the surgery nor thereafter. BTW, Dr. Aghai is very nice, thoughtful, caring and attentive. I am very happy that I found him.

5star to the doctors. I had two retinal hole surgeries. 0 star to the management. The front office number doesn’t work and always goes to full voice mail box. It’s annoying that we have to visit in order to get an appointment.
