I went in for my yearly exe exam and was greeted by Gustavo who assured the check in process went smoothly as possible. He made sure I was well taken care of. When it was time for Dr. Miyabe to do my eye exam it went smoothly and with no problems at all. Her friendly demeanor made the whole process much more enjoyable.

Need Real opticians. Need to know how to explain benefits. Also don't say on the phone yes we "accept VSP" but " yes we accept vsp , but it's out of network, we submit the claim for for you" I am never going to recommend lenscrafters only for exams. I am still awaiting for the Optometrist photos to my email.

Raúl and I believe Sandra- the Manager were great. Raul was very detailed and told me everything that’s he was doing and answered all my questions. They were very attentive through out the entire process. Made everything very simple! Would def recommend.
