Ceres Eye Care

Very nice place. Love the customer service. Love the doctor there and the nurse as well. Did not feel rushed at all. The variety of glasses if you're using Medi-Cal is about six pairs wish they had more but can't complain it's free. Only con I would say is make sure you go to your appointment! If you miss your appointment or do not give a 24 hours reschedule. You're kind of screwed! Took me about 2 months and a friend that had to reschedule and I took her old appointment to get in. Talk about luck! But I get it there literally the only facility at this rate that is on the medical list that actually takes the insurance. Yes I called 30 plus phone numbers and found out only two still take San Joaquin health plan.

Very lovely office with professional office staff. Dr. Chiesa was very patient with my young boys, 4 and 6 years old, and made the tests fun for them. At the same tine she also explained to me everything she was checking during the exam, findings, and what to pay attention to as the boys mature and start school. Overall a great experience!

The Doctors here are very kind, knowledgeable and will explain everything. My favorite person in this building is Kayla. She is so personable and relatable and friendly and has just a charming personality definitely brightens my day when I see her. The only downside of this eye doctor is the price of the frames. I wish they had more of a spectrum of prices because I know not everybody in our community can afford $500 frames including myself and that's with a very good insurance. Besides that I would recommend going here.

I have been going to Ceres eye care for more than 10 years. Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy. The atmosphere is very calm. The office is clean and the staff is very caring and supportive. They listen to your needs and try to help in any way possible. The optometrists are knowledgeable with a lot of equipment at their disposal to help the client get exactly what they need. The frame department representatives were responsive to my request without any pressure to buy. The overall tone for the office is to make the customer happy.

My experience has always been excellent. This office has such great customer service, they are quick and efficient and at the same time they stay professional.
