Walmart Vision Center

I had an appointment for noon. I called at 11 to reschedule for a morning appointment. I left a message because no one was there and the eye center said I had to call the doctor. He called back and said now I'm a no show and cannot book another appointment. Talk about some run around bullshit. How rude! I'll go somewhere else. Where my time is valued and my consumerism is appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Vision Center for the first time. I had exceptional service from Monica and I could not be happier with my entire experience or purchase. Monica came highly recommended by other family members and they were absolutely correct. She was very professional, knowledgeable and checked in on me once per week for a few weeks just to make sure I was comfortable and getting used to my new prescription and glasses, of if I just needed anything at all! This was invaluable to me and I will return there each and every time I have the need. Thank you Monica!!

I want to share my experience at glasses department during the making order my glasses , Miss Monicka used to act so helpful, so professional and so nice with me & I see she was doing the same thing with everyone . I really appreciate.

The receptionist for the optometrist was horrible. Was very rude to an elderly there and then had a very rude attitude towards me even though I was being very kind despite the attitude. Was very Unprepared the optometrist herself kept repeatedly having to correct her. If you asked her a question she would completely ignore you and roll her eyes. VERY unprofessional.

I had an appointment for my daughter for glasses and met with Monica she was super sweet and informative . Made us feel really comfortable answered all my questions asked if I had any before we left the center . I recommend my daughter can see so much better now thankyou
