The entire staff was amazing! They made my four year old feel so comfortable and not only explained what they were doing during the exam to me but to him! They walked him through every test and made sure he understood what to do during his eye exam and so patient when he asked a question. Very happy we chose Generations Family!
Great experience. Overall felt like Dr. Abram listened to our concerns and really took her time with my daughter. I really loved not feeling rushed at any point and it felt like a very positive environment. The rest of my family already has appointments here for in the future and I'll update this review if there are any changes. Overall great experience and great people to work with.
I had a great experience at Generations . Girls at the front desk greeted us right away and immediately took me in a room and did all the tests needed, then did the same with my husband.. then the doctor came in and introduced herself and did the regular eye tests.... One of the girls then had us pick out our new glasses.. We told her what we wanted and I liked that she didn't try to upsell unnecessary add one.. Prices were very good and most of all the entire office was sparkling clean. Thank you Generations...
I arrived early after dropping off my children at school and was checked in right away. The staff was welcoming and offered me several options while I waited. They completed my screening promptly and even allowed me to browse frames during that time. By the time my exam was finished, I had already selected my frames and was completely done—before my originally scheduled appointment time. The entire experience was efficient, smooth, and very well organized
This was my first visit to Generations Family Optometry and will be my go to for further eye exams. Dr Ibanes was friendly and thorough. Staff was friendly and efficient. A pleasant experience 😊
