Great drs and staff. She explained my eye health very well. I have gone here for several years and have never had any problems.

They got me in quickly which I appreciated but be aware that you do not see an optometrist, it is all done via telehealth. Visit went well, the assistant doing the exam was great. When it came time to order my glasses is when it went sideways. Spent 2 hours trying to order, then was told the "system was down". System did not come up for 10 days, then they call me wondering about placing an order, but will take 3 weeks to come in. No sense of apology, urgency or explanation at the delays-just accept it. I suggested I was going to order elsewhere, and they sincerely did not care, nor wanted to hear my feedback. I am not angry or upset- but shocked at their indifference. Calling office manager Janet to give her this feedback-will see if she cares.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past 10 years, and my experience has consistently been excellent. Dr. Trevor Irish has been my optometrist throughout this time, and he is always friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes the visit feel rushed, which I truly appreciate. The staff has also been welcoming and professional, making each visit smooth and comfortable. It’s reassuring to have a place where you feel well cared for.

I didn’t have to wait long before I began my appt. The dr & entire staff are very patient, thorough, knowledgeable & very kind! I never felt rushed & I feel that all of my questions were answered, again, w/patience! When picking out my glasses, I feel that the staff (I’m sorry , but I don’t know her name) was very helpful & honest when picking out my glasses in how they looked on me! I always have a very positive experience when I visit Monte Visit Optometry! Thank you, Staff!
