I had an excellent experience on my visit. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. From the moment I arrived I was treated well from the ladies who did the testing, to Dr. Hamel and to Nikole. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional! I would recommend this place to anyone!
This was my first complete eye exam and first time having my eyes dilated. I was extremely nervous but all the staff was nice and put my mind at ease. Dr. Cayla Robillard, OD was very professional and calming. Everyone was knowledgeable and my appointment time was fairly quick without feeling rushed. So glad I trusted my eye care to this team!
All staff members were welcoming and kind. The exam was very thorough and the optometrist did a wonderful job of explaining everything individually as we progressed through the visit. It’s a great feeling when you find a doctor who addresses issues you hadn’t even considered prior to the visit - I left feeling very confident in the care I was provided. if you’re trying to find a new eye doctor and don’t know where to go? Definitely try to get an appointment here. You might have to wait a little while to get in, but it’s worth it!
Our experience today with Dr. R was amazing! Dr. R is knowledgeable, thorough, funny, explains what is going on with your eyes in words we can understand and happily answers your questions! He was great with my boys which was a huge plus for me. My previous experience with the lady was completely different, that’s nicely put. The ladies who took us back today and did all the pre-testing/intake were all wonderful as well. Thank you!!
Dr. Robillard is truly exceptional. He is caring, honest, and always takes the time to make you feel heard. My family and I have been seeing him for over five years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. The staff is always professional, welcoming, and friendly.
