I had a wonderful experience with Frieda and Dr. Danny Dandouch. From the moment I arrived, Frieda took the time to really listen to my concerns and made me feel heard and comfortable. She was patient, attentive, and made sure to explain everything clearly while offering thoughtful solutions tailored to what I needed. Dr. Dandouch was also incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt confident and informed about the next steps. The care and attention they both showed made the entire experience so positive. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide great care. I’m very grateful for the experience and highly recommend them!

I visited this optometry office today for eye exams for myself and my son, and the experience was amazing. The office is very neat and extremely clean. We were greeted with excellent customer service from start to finish—the receptionist/nurse and the doctor were outstanding. They even had coffee available, a cozy setup, and holiday movies playing, which made the visit feel warm and welcoming as we head into the holiday season. We were seen right at our appointment time with no delays. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care!

Thorough and professional staff. Clean facilities with a lot of different glasses options. Free water and coffee in the waiting room with calming music. Such a wonderful experience from the start to the end of the visit.

my family has been going to the same optometrist for over 10 years but he was in west covina and we now live in upland. the drive back and forth for appointments and picking up our contacts/glasses was a lot so we decided to look for someone closer to home. my mom found Vision Vibes and scheduled an appt for her and my dad. after their appointments, they said they’d def recommend the office to me. so i scheduled my appt and im so glad i did! frieda, was awesome. super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful through the whole process (scheduling, exam, testing, insurance, and check out). dr. dandouch was also great! friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as well. their office is clean, inviting, and all their machines seem to be the highest technology (at least wayyyyy better than our previous doctor lol) i’m so glad my mom found vision vibes!
