Dr. Chan was extremely thorough and detailed during my exam, clearly explaining things so that I understood what was going on with my eyes. Her and her team also make sure to work with you, your insurance, and even contact lens manufacturers to make sure you get the best price available. Even when requesting more documentation after my appointment, Dr. Chan & team were quick to fulfill my request and checked in with me to ensure I had everything I needed. I did, however, experience a longer wait time than expected, but given that Dr. Chan is the only provider and a more urgent walk-in had come in, I had no problem with waiting.

Dr. Chan-Perez is the most caring eye doctor I have ever experienced. She has helped me with all of my eye issues which range from severe dry eye to glaucoma. I trust her with my eyes and my sight. If you are seeking a knowledgeable and thorough eye doctor I highly recommend her. She is the best!

My first time to this office and was very pleased with the service from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Chan and her staff are professional and really put you at ease to make you feel welcome. Dr. Chan gave me a very thorough exam and took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I understood what was going on and what I needed to do to take care of my eyes. This is by far the best eye exam I have ever had and I feel very confident that I am at the right place and am going to be treated by a doctor who is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. I know that I will get excellent care at this office and the staff will be a pleasure to work with.

I went in for my initial eye exam and left with a referral for a specialist. I have seen several Optometrists over the years and Dr.Chan took the time to listen to my concerns and did find several abnormalities. Thanks to Dr.Chan I now know I have a progressive eye disease.

We switched to Dr. Chan due to our change in insurance. I was very pleased with the time that her and her staff took with us. She gave the most comprehensive eye exam that I have ever had and took the time to explain things in detail. I'm very pleased. We will happily be staying with Dr. Chan for our eye care.
