I had no problems with them until this year when apparently the old staff was gone and replaced with the new. Had went there early this year to get a new pair of glasses with an updated prescription from Burke which is next door to them. Despite the long wait time, everything went smoothly. Due to a mental episode, a family member went to them in the 2nd or 3rd month to replace the frames. Apparently they do not have my info on file or that I paid insurance for my glasses. Somehow, family member got them to replace my glasses minus insurance. Another episode later, just called them myself and hour ago and was asking them if it's possible for me to buy glasses from them by phone since they have my latest prescription on file. They claimed they don't have my information and don't associate with Burke. The fact that I've been with them over a decade just for them to basically say that I'm a liar? 0/10, go elsewhere and preferably one that won't lose your information and blame you for their faults.

Becca adjusted my nose piece on my glasses and gave me all new, soft ones. Great service
Unfortunately my eye doctor retired, so I was looking for someplace else to go. I guess I should have read the reviews before even thinking about reaching out to this establishment. I contacted them about obtaining exam and glasses, not knowing how the processed worked at a Walmart, having never been there before. In my life experience, the place I got my exam was also the same place I got my glasses/contacts. I now know this is not the case after speaking with Tanya. She was extremely rude and condescending. She was purposefully vague about the attached doctor's office to the point where I wonder if they have some sort of feud or beef. Nonetheless, I tried to gather additional information including her name and she hung up on me. I called back and thankfully she stated her name when she answered and also let me know her manager Johnny would not be in for several days. Don't try to out-Karen a Karen I guess. I would never, ever give my money or business to such an establishment. Based on the other reviews, this seems to be the norm here. Definitely go somewhere else if you are used to being treated like a human being at the businesses you frequent.
Bought some new frames back in January for a new pair of glasses. Went back in April to have the frames adjusted on the temples as I told the female tech they were sliding down my nose. She asked first if had any warranty and I said no she then said the adjustments would be done at my own risk...I should have thought to myself then, but I had seen the process done before and heating up the sides and reforming them shouldn't be any cause for alarm. She proceeded to go to the back to make what I thought would have been simple adjustments and I would be on my way. After about 7 to 10 minutes she returned with my glasses with the sides remolded, but it was then that I noticed that both lenses had also been partially melted as well. I asked how and why that happened. First she said she had to heat the entire frame to make the adjustments which made no sense. This was obviously an improperly trained person trying to do something they had no business doing. Second thing she tells me is that there must be something wrong with the lenses because they shouldn't have melted. Maybe if she didnt attempt to heat up my entire set of glasses as she explained to me. That high of temperature wouldn't have melted the lenses. This was obviously negligence on her part. She ruined a 3 month old pair old eyeglasses. Eyeglasses are not cheap. I get it is one thing to accept some risk but this was obviously negligent action on her part and they should have remedied their mistake. THEY DID NOTHING! I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND WILL TELL OTHERS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE EVERY CHANCE I GET!
WalMart has changed things and unless you ask, you won't know. The selection has changed whereas there were more low(under $25) and medium(under $80) frames to choose from now many are over $100. When I last purchased glasses here in 3033, there was a one year warranty, if you want any warrant now there is a $20 additional charge. The staff changes somewhat often and it seems the mad at the world employee stays while the pleasant ones disappear. My faith in WalMart eyeglasses has seriously dropped. If they don't have faith enough too warranty the product, why should I trust it?
