We do not exaggerate in saying that Dr. Chan is a fantastic doctor and the front office is as good as it gets, both caring and efficient. They are by far the best in Grass Valley. We've been to other eye doctors and there's no one else even close. Thank you, Dr. Chan (and all the great staff)...
I’ve gone to Chan Family Optometry my whole life and now my kids see Dr. Tiffany Chan (who recently returned home to take over the family business after working at Johns Hopkins as a low vision specialist!). I feel so lucky that my kids will get to experience the same consistent quality of service and kindness which has continued through multiple generations.
Just had my new patient visit with Chan Family Optometry. The staff was very friendly and thorough, and I was impressed with Dr. Munoz. He communicated clearly and answered all my questions. A follow up appointment was scheduled quickly. I will update the review, once I receive my prescription and new eyeglasses.
