Been a patient for years. Dr Hagele just performed cataract surgery on both eyes. My vision is now better than anytime my entire life of 80 years. The staff and opticians are wonderful and very competent.

I had a great experience. I was scheduled for two appointments, back-to-back. The first one was for the eye exam. The second appointment was to get fitted for new frames. It was my first eye exam ever. Everything went smoothly. Expeditiously, even. I was promptly greeted by the friendly receptionist Jessica, and checked in. Everyone was kind and professional. I was able to try on an array of glasses to find the perfect fit for my face and taste. I will be getting a call in about six weeks, when my new frames come in.
I want people to be aware of my experience, I was scheduled for cataract surgery, this was my 3rd an final appointment. I wasn't told my eyes would be dilated again,an since they had been dilated 2 times prior ,I did not have a ride to app. I was told I would be ok to drive when I asked. These people are not right, 3 blocks from my home I totaled my car. I was told by the office manager that ,we would work something out as far as compensation, but all I got was bills for medical an having to pay for a car, that was totaled. BE REAL CAREFUL DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE.
I had a 3:30 follow up appt for a specific eyelid problem as well as a complete exam for vision/cataracs. I walked in the door at 3:40 and the technician had already left the office! They said the couldn't see me for my follow up exam, he was still with the patient before me. I drove all the way from Roseville thru heavy traffic on hwy 49! This is really a lousy way to treat a patient!
I was a little nervous after reading the other reviews, but I had a great experience. Everyone from the phone to the front desk to the doctor was friendly. Dr Thomas seemed very knowledgeable, kind, and patient.
