My wife and I have been seeing Dr Wrubel for sometime now and are very happy with her care. She’s very bright and pleasant and has helped with several different issues. We highly recommend her,and the rest of the staff at both locations.

I have been going here several years as a patient and it has really gone down hill. My family and I will not be returning. I took my 4 year old here yesterday and the doctor was super aggressive putting in the eye drops for dilation. If you have kids that are nervous about that- definitely go elsewhere because you will not be happy how they treat your child. Horrible bedside manner. I also took the eye prescription with me to order her glasses online. They did not give me her pupillary distance (which they know you need when you order glasses online). I called to get it- they told me they didn’t measure it at her appointment and I would have to drive 20 minutes back to their office to have them measure it. Why would that not have been done during her eye exam? Ridiculous. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
LOVE this practice! All of the staff are so kind and welcoming and Dr. Wrubel is amazing! She actively listens to needs/concerns and creates a vision plan specific to each patient. Our entire family is well taken care of here!
We got a very thorough exam. Dr. K took the time with us to make sure all our questions were answered. They have the latest technology which enables them to accurately prescribe the correct lenses for you. We highly recommend them! The whole staff is great!!
Had a follow up visit for my daughter today and even though I screwed up the time, the entire staff was so accommodating. As a mom of 4 who works full time (and so does my husband) the fact that they were willing to work with us is amazing. Also, I was assured it was not a big deal. It was 100% my fault and they could easily have said too bad or been frustrated with me but we were treated with nothing but kindness. The doctor is amazing, she is wonderful with my daughter and the whole staff is helpful! We will keep coming back!
