Left me blind hours from home! I had been a customer for several years with no problems. I was on a work trip 3 hours from home when I took my contacts out and threw them in the trash, the next morning I realized I had forgotten to pack new contacts. I visited a local Walmart who said my prescription was recently expired, but if I called my doctor they would be able to extend it one week just so I could safely drive home. Instead, my doctor said she was unwilling to do this. Basically leaving me blind (-5.50 prescription) 3 hours from home.

Very disappointed. I didn’t like the contacts that I had a trial for after my last exam. I called to ask to try a different kind of contacts, and the doctor said I’ll have to get another exam before I can try a new brand…when my last exam was only 2 months ago! I’ll be finding a new doctor.

I broke my glasses Christmas Eve. My regular eye doctor is closed the week between Christmas and New Year's. I just called this vision center, and although they couldn't get me in for an appt, Adam was courteous, compassionate and professional. I hope every optical center I call today will be as good.

Not only were all of the employees present extremely helpful and friendly, and did not hesitate to help me, but also the doctor herself did literally anything in everything that she could including going through her contacts to try to find the best fit for me. Very helpful
