It’s 5:02 PM, and after making me wait for over two hours, I’m now being told that the lab doesn’t do blood work after 5:00 PM. This is completely unacceptable. I explained that I’m here with my kids and can’t go somewhere else, but no one seems willing to help or take responsibility. This could have been avoided if someone had informed me about the lab’s hours or seen me in a reasonable amount of time. The way this was handled was very rude and unprofessional. Patients shouldn’t be left waiting for hours only to be told they’ve missed the cutoff because of delays caused by the office. I expect this issue to be addressed and a reasonable solution provided.

I brought my kid to Dr. Shum today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Shum was so kind, patient, and gentle from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made us feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely care about his patients and want kids to feel comfortable during their visit. It made such a difference to have a dentist who is not only knowledgeable but also so warm and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shum to any parent looking for a pediatric dentist they can trust.

They called me yesterday to remind me to take my amoxicillin , so I could attend my appointment today. I especially want to thank Dr. Justine Ippolito-Fata, Mr. Richard Shao (Registered Dental Hygiene Practitioner), and their colleagues, particularly the reception staffs for their excellent service.
